An experienced school administrator and enthusiastic leader, Dr. Eric Pugh is excited to be serving as a principal on CCCS’s East Campus. Dr. Pugh comes to CCCS with 17 years of academic goal advisement and learning outcome assessment to drive student progress.
Before becoming a principal at CCCS, Dr. Pugh served in various school leadership roles in Chester and Delaware-area schools. Starting his academic journey as a special education teacher, Dr. Pugh soon became a school counselor and Director of Pupil Services. Whatever his role, Dr. Pugh has always been focused on helping every student reach their full potential and gain a passion for learning.
Dr. Pugh received his Doctorate of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from Delaware State University in Dover, DE.
Mrs. Ayshia Jackson has been with CCCS since 2019. She began her journey as a emotional support teacher at West B and moved forward with teaching kindergarten, Life Skills and Autistic Support in East B. Mrs. Jackson has been supporting East B for the past two years as a special education teacher and a team leader. Her dedication and continuous support for her building lead her an opportunity to become the Building Director. Mrs. Jackson is a graduate of Neumann University earning a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education and Special Education.
