Ms. Kimberly Stewart is a 2002 graduate of Lincoln University where she studied and obtained a Bachelors of Science in English Education (7-12). Furthering her educational journey also consisted of earning a Master’s in Literacy from Lincoln University in 2011. Her journey at Chester Community Charter School began in 2005 when she was hired as the school’s first Middle School English Language Arts teacher. From there, she has held positions as a Reading Specialist working with students to build capacity in Reading, Writing, Grammar, and English language acquisition as well as a Literacy Coach guiding teachers in building their pedagogical practices. Recently Ms. Stewart has stepped into the role of East C Building Director. It has been her pleasure servicing CCCS families for the past 17 years and sharing her passion for Literacy!
